HOW WE

DO IT.

THE PRISM PROCESS

A Premium Product Provider

Manufacturing is about systems and processes. Our process begins SolidWorks 3D modeling software, enabling our team to work through our solution with a virtual model and avoid rework in construction. Once drawings are complete, parts are manufactured and assembled into finished products. Throughout these processes, quality is of the utmost importance. That is why we relentlessly review our processes and designs to make sure our customers receive products that meet or exceed their expectations of what a premium product should be.

Our Innovation

Consistently providing efficient and competitive solutions to our clients requires industry leading technology. At Prism, we know the difference innovation can make, so from a growing utilization of Industrial Automation processes to the implementation of immerse technologies such as CFD analysis, we remain on the forefront of value-add solutions.

Prism relentlessly evaluates the latest fabrication technology and techniques to determine how our manufacturing operations can be enhanced to increase the quality of our products while decreasing the cost to end users. Furthermore, we task our in-house design and engineering team with creating unique solutions to production issues when suitable technology isn’t available off the shelf.

At Prism, we are dedicated to developing solutions that solve the various industry related challenges that arise for our clients. Utilizing the latest version of SolidWorks for the foundation of our research and development process, we persistently pursue improvements to our existing products. These tools and processes enable us to condense our time to market window when requests for custom solutions are made by our clients.

Our Facilities

Located in Forestburg, central Alberta, we are strategically positioned in in an active oil and gas production area, enabling quick and responsive service throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. Operating out of a modern 28,000 square foot shop with 20 acres of yard area, Prism is able to move sizeable product in and out with the capacity to hold it for scheduled pickup and provide extended storage of completed projects if required.

Going back to where it all began we have recently re-acquired our original production facility where our products were all conceived, built, and tested. Located north of Gadsby, central Alberta and 39 km’s from our main production facility we are able to facilitate large scale projects efficiently with the added 35,000 square feet of shop floor situated on 35 acres of yard area which more than doubles our future production growth. We are excited to continue in this pattern to meet the ever changing needs of the industry with continued research, testing and growth.
